These terms apply when you use ericthebarber.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Who we are
This site is operated by Eric the Barber, based in Adrian, Michigan. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Eric the Barber, and "you" means the person using the site.
What this site is for
The site describes Eric's barbering services, lists prices, and gives you ways to get in touch or book an appointment. It is for personal, non-commercial use.
Booking and appointments
Online booking is handled by Booksy, a separate company. When you click a booking link you leave this site, and Booksy's own terms and privacy policy govern what happens there.
Prices and service times shown on this site are current at the time of publication and are confirmed when you book. Please give as much notice as you reasonably can if you need to cancel or move an appointment, so the slot can go to someone else.
Eric comes to you for a flat $50 travel fee on top of the cost of the services, anywhere within 20 miles of Adrian, Michigan. So a house-call haircut is $50 plus $25. House-call appointments are agreed in advance by phone or text.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- Use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that could damage or disable it.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or its data.
- Submit false information, spam or malicious content through the contact form.
- Copy, scrape or republish site content for commercial purposes without permission.
Content and ownership
The text, images, logo and design on this site belong to Eric the Barber or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own use. Any other use needs our written permission first.
Accuracy
We keep the information here as accurate and current as we can. Even so, details can change. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a particular result from a service.
Links to other sites
Where we link to another site, such as Booksy, we do not control that site and we are not responsible for its content or its practices.
Liability
The site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
